| 1992 - Development of the Vision Restoration
Therapy (VRT) |
| The development of a vision therapy
called Vision Restoration Therapy (VRT) began in 1992 at
the Institute for Medical Psychology at the
Otto-von-Guericke-University (IMP) in Magdeburg Germany - under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Bernhard Sabel
and Dr. Erich Kasten (private lecturer). It is based
on neuropsychological research and helps patients who
suffer field vision loss as a result of stroke, severe
head injury or brain tumor. |

| 1998 - 2000 Establishment of NovaVision in Magdeburg, Germany |
| After many years of research and development
the therapy was market ready in 1998 and led to the establishment
NovaVision in Magdeburg in August 2000. The aim is to make the medical
innovations of the institute accessible to people who
have vision impairments as a result of neurological damage.
The core business of NovaVision is the treatment and care
of patients with neurological vision impairments. |

| 2000 - EU-Technology Prize |
| In October 2000 the European Union
awarded our computerised Vision Therapy VRT the International
Technology Prize for Best Innovation. |

| 2003 - Establishment of NovaVision
Inc and FDA-authorisation |
| In 2003 we received the authorisation
of our therapy for the American market from
the Food and Drug Administration. This success was the
basis for the beginning of NovaVision Inc in Florida,
our corporate headquarter. |
