| Our Vision Restoration Therapy (VRT)
is the result of over 10 years' neuropsychological research.
VRT was developed together with the Institute
for Medical Psychology at the Otto-von-Guericke-University
(IMP) and has been used on over 1200 patients.
By means of research projects and scientific studies
the IMP has formed the basis of development of a new
medical development focussing on "vision".
NovaVision's longtime experience and the ongoing
scientific exchange of therapy data and research results
with the IMP guarantees an optimal therapeutic result.
Together with health insurances and renowned neurologists
and ophthalmologists we are carrying out research projects
whose scientific results flow back into VRT. Within the framework of a model project the AOK
Sachsen-Anhalt (local branch of a national German health
insurance), together with the Klinik Bergmannstrost
in Halle, established ophthalmologists and us, are investigating
the medical value and relevance to everyday life of
VRT. Our goal is to make the therapy
covered by national health insurance.
The head company NovaVision Inc. is also conducting its
own research projects with high-ranking scientists and
physicians in numerous clinics and institutes.
